.filetool.lst contains a list of folders relative to the filesystem root (/), which will be backed up when “filetool.sh -b” is run, and automatically restored at boot.

When TC is installed to drive /mnt/INSTALLDRIVE, onboot.lst at the correct location is a list of extensions to load at boot. If there is no such file, no extensions will be loaded at boot. AppsAudit, in the GUI control panel, can be very helpful for managing this file.
