talk:wiki:backup - Tiny Core Linux Wiki

Welcome to the Tiny Core Linux Wiki at tinycorelinux.net!

Hmmm…. quote from page:

For quicker start up and shut down, minimize the size of backup, or if installed on a hard drive, don't use backup at all.

What does “installed on a hard drive” mean. Is this referring to the use of the home= boot-code or is this referring to a scatter install. Clarification would be good. -lverns
